Real Estate client seeks an Administrative Assistant in the Bronx, IN OFFICE, Hours 9-5 pm

Strong ability to multitask and time management
• Detailed, organized, and clear communication
• Ability to speak and understand Spanish
• Assist residents with questions, concerns, and work order request online or in person
• Answer phones and follow up on voicemail messages
• Respond to emails
• Assist residents with lease/renewal signing online or in person
• Ensure printed documents are provided to concierge to place in Luxor Lockers
• Scan and/or save move in files to shared drive and post on and create paper file/folder
• Show new move in location of amenities and assist with move in apps
• Update emails and phone numbers for current residents
• Confirm COI with concierge and file in electronic folders
• Ensure renters insurance has correct liability amount and interested party listed
